A Premium Clothing company in Montreal, Canada makes my clothing on an as-ordered basis.
These are unique pieces, all from my original artwork, which have been created from my heart
and soul and all signed by me.
It is my hope that each piece will bring you joy when you wear it.
Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. We stand behind the quality of our product. If you see a defect, we will send your order back to production at our expense. Note that we produce on demand. It is possible to change the selected size, but not the product.

Although every single product goes through thorough Quality Control before leaving the company, imperfections still happen at times. If you notice a defect or a discrepancy in sizing with one of your products, please email pamela@prtatum.com and put: “Report Defect Request” in the subject line. Fully explain the problem with photo(s). We will make it right!

Returns
In our efforts to reduce waste and decrease our environmental impact, embodying the values we truly believe in, we do not accept returns. Everything we produce is made-toorder, meaning that every single item purchased is specifically made for you and returned items cannot be resold. If you get an item unpleasing to you, consider gifting this piece of art clothing to someone you love. Please have a look at our size charts before you confirm your order.
Sizing
We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, which is why we offer the following information to help you make a decision.

Check the chart below. You can also find our size conversion chart by clicking on the 'View size conversion chart' tab on the product page. This chart is meant as a general guide only. The most accurate information we can provide you with regarding any product’s size will be its exact measurements available on most all of our products.
Product measurements:
We provide detailed measurements for many of our products by each product. Still unsure about a product's size? If you are still unsure about any product’s size, please contact our Customer Care team: pamela@prtatum.com so that we can assist you further. If detailed measurements are not already available online, we can email you the information within one business day.
Checkout
You can add and remove products from your shopping cart before you checkout. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. You can also select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm.

You may enter your promotional code or coupon within your shopping bag (first step of the checkout process). Click on “Add Gift Card or Promo Code” button
Payment
We currently accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay credit, and debit cards.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
Sales tax
Orders will have a 6.5% sales tax for any of the Continental U.S
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact Customer Care if you see any errors
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours upon placing it by calling 407-733-6282 and/or
emailing pamela@prtatum.com.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped
Currency
If you are accessing our website from outside of Canada, prices will still be shown in USD. We are unable to offer our Canadian clients pricing in CAD at this time.
