What is your shipping Policy?
Free shipping on all original art work. Original works are insured and shipped using FedEx. Tracking numbers will be supplied for each shipment. Customers from countries outside the US should contact me directly to arrange for additional shipping costs. Foreign customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties upon receipt of their paintings.
Shipping charges for prints are charged by size automatically by the print vendor.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
A refund will be offered in the first thirty days on any original work, minus $100.00 for handling. If the customer exchanges the work for another piece of equal value, the handling fee is waived. All works must be in the same condition when returned. The customer must ship the work back and assume return shipping costs. The same shipping method must be used to insure physical protection of the work. Customers may use the same FedEx Art Box to return the work, and must take care to pack it in the same secure way they received it. Customer is responsible for return shipping charge. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for prints.
